Gift box production process

1, The choice of paper

2, Surface decoration

4, Die cutting

5、Slotting

Slotting is to open a V-groove on a 1~4MM thick gray board with a slotting machine, generally retaining 0.25MM or so of the connecting layer; the V-groove is angled, typically 90 degrees, 120 degrees, or according to the structure of the product to open a different angle of the V-groove.

6、Laminating
